Hi, I’m Heidi!Â
After many years of living abroad with my family, I came to understand how deeply life transitions can shape our sense of identity, belonging, and wellbeing.
Today, I support women and families navigating change—helping them find clarity, calm, and a stronger sense of direction.
There is often a quiet moment in Transition— when everything on the outside may seem in place,but internally, something feels Uncertain or Unsettled.
I experienced this myself while living abroad with my family.
Moving between countries, cultures, and roles, I began to see how much these changes affect not only our surroundings—but our sense of self, our relationships, and our feeling of home.
It wasn’t always visible, but it was deeply felt.

It is something we need to understand, navigate, and move through with awareness.
My background as an architect taught me to design spaces with intention.
Today, I bring that same thinking into the way I support people in designing their lives.
