About me
Hi, I’m Heidi!
I didn't set out to redesign my life.
I simply reached a moment where contiuning as I was, no longer felt true.
Like many women living across countries and cultures, I learned how to adapt quickly. I learned to be capable, resilient, and strong — for my family, my work, and the environments I found myself in. From the outside, everything looked fine. Inside, something quieter was unfolding: a growing distance from myself.
International moves, returning “home,” and the constant process of integration can gently — and sometimes silently — shake your sense of identity and belonging. Especially for women, there is often an unspoken expectation to hold everything together, to stay positive, and to keep moving forward. Somewhere along the way, the question “But what about me?” can begin to surface.
My professional background is in architecture. I spent years designing homes and cities — structures meant to support human life. Living abroad as an expat and becoming a mother of three eventually taught me that the most important structures we live inside are not physical. They are internal. When those inner foundations are ignored or overstretched, even the most outwardly successful life can begin to feel misaligned.
My own journey led me inward. Through personal healing, hypnotherapy, and deep inner work, I began to reconnect with parts of myself that had been quietly waiting for attention. What I discovered was not a need to become someone new — but permission to return to who I already was.
Today, my work brings together structure and soul. I combine my architectural way of thinking with compassionate, evidence-informed mental health support to guide women, expats, and families through life transitions with clarity, calm, and confidence.
I believe that real, lasting change does not come from pushing harder or fixing yourself. It comes from creating safety within — and building a life that fits who you truly are, in this season of your life.
This work is for you if you are navigating change, searching for belonging, or quietly longing to feel more like yourself again. You don’t need to have all the answers. You only need a space that allows you to begin.
You are allowed to create a life that feels like home — within yourself first.
