About me
Hi, I’m Heidi!Â
Â
After living abroad for over a decade across Europe and the Middle East, and navigating international transitions with my own family,
I experienced firsthand how deeply relocation affects IDENTITY, BELONGING, and EMOTIONAL WELLBEING.
Today, I help expat families navigate the emotional side of moving abroad and returning home — with greater clarity, calm, and confidence.
Living between Countries, Cultures, and Roles, I came to understand that transitions affect far more than our surroundings.
Â
They shape how we see ourselves, how we connect with others, and where we feel a sense of home.
From the outside, life may appear settled.
But internally, transition can often bring uncertainty, overwhelm, disconnection, or the feeling of constantly adapting while trying to hold everything together.
Â
Â
Living internationally while raising three children gave me a deep understanding of the realities many expat families face:
Â
The excitement and opportunity, but also the uncertainty, identity shifts, emotional overwhelm, and invisible load that often comes with constantly adapting to change.
I experienced this myself while living abroad with my family.
Over time, I realised that transition is not something we simply “get through.”
It is something we need to understand, navigate, and move through with awareness and support.
Â
Â
Originally trained as an Architect, my work has always centred around creating structure, intention, and environments that support wellbeing and everyday life.
Â
Today, I bring that same thinking into the way I support people through life transitions — helping individuals and families create greater steadiness, clarity, and emotional grounding during times of change.
Â
Â
Through ExpatLifeArchitecture and MyLifeArchitecture, I create supportive guides, tools, workshops, and resources designed to help people feel more connected to themselves and more supported through transition.
Â
These resources are designed to support individuals and families through change with greater Calm, Reflection, and Emotional Support — at your own pace.Â

Â
I believe change is not something we are meant to simply survive.
Â
With the right support, transition can become an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, reflect on what truly matters, and move forward with greater intention and alignment.
Whether you are preparing for an international move, adjusting to life abroad, or navigating the transition of returning home — you do not have to move through it alone.
